1. Digital Product Nature
All products sold on NoorStitch are digital embroidery files intended for download and use with embroidery machines. No physical items will be shipped.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a non-refundable, non-exclusive license to use the file under specific terms outlined in our License & Usage page.
2. Account Registration
You may create an account to access downloads, manage purchases, or receive updates. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
3. Digital Download Policy
After completing a purchase, your files will be available for instant download via your account and/or email.
All embroidery files are delivered in ZIP format and include multiple machine file types (e.g. PES, DST, JEF, etc.). It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your machine and software.
We do not provide refunds for digital downloads once they are accessed.
4. License of Use
Purchasing a file grants you a limited license to use the design, not ownership. You may:
- Use files for personal and small commercial projects (up to 200 items per design)
- Not resell, share, upload, or redistribute the digital files in any format
- Not use the designs in logos, trademarks, or mass production without written permission

5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided once a file has been downloaded, except in cases of technical issues verified by our support team.
If you experience a download error or corrupted file, please contact us for assistance.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on NoorStitch — including designs, text, images, graphics, logos, and blog content — is the property of NoorStitch and protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content without written permission.
7. Blog Content and Tutorials
Our blog and guides are offered for educational and inspirational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the completeness, reliability, or results of using any information provided.
Use of any blog content is at your own discretion.
8. Site Availability
We strive to keep the NoorStitch website available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the site or any part of it at any time without notice.
