At NoorStitch, we specialize in providing high-quality digital embroidery files. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. This page explains our refund and return policy in full.

By purchasing from NoorStitch, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products Are Non-Returnable

All products sold on NoorStitch are intangible digital files. Once the download link is delivered, the product is considered “used” and cannot be returned.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under normal circumstances.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

Although all sales are final, we understand that technical issues may occasionally arise. A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • You purchased a design but could not download it due to a confirmed system error.
  • The downloaded file is corrupted or incomplete, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice using the same account.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date, along with proof of the issue (screenshots or error messages).

3. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Provided

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incompatibility with your embroidery machine or software
  • Misunderstanding of the product format or file type
  • Failing to read the product description or license terms
  • Downloaded files that were modified by the user

We encourage all customers to read the product descriptions and License & Usage page carefully before purchasing.

4. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally purchase the same file more than once, we will offer a refund for the duplicate item, provided both purchases are made from the same account and within a short time frame.

Please email us the order numbers so we can verify and process the refund if applicable.
