Allowed Uses

1. Personal Use
   You may use the embroidery file on any physical item that you stitch for yourself, as a gift, or for display. There is no limit to how many personal projects you can create.
2. Limited Commercial Use
   You may use the file to stitch physical products and sell them in small quantities, with the following conditions:

• You may sell up to 200 physical items per design.
• Items must be stitched by you using your own embroidery machine.
• Acceptable sales channels include Etsy, your personal website, or physical markets.
• You may sell embroidered items on garments, bags, home decor, or art pieces.
• No credit is required, but attribution is appreciated.

Forbidden Uses

You may not, under any circumstance:

1. Resell or Share the Digital File
   You may not sell, gift, share, upload, or distribute the digital file, even if you’ve modified it.
2. Convert and Resell in Other Formats
   You may not digitize the design into a new file format and sell or distribute it.
3. Include the File in Bundles or Kits
   You may not use NoorStitch files as part of any digital or physical product bundle, subscription, or embroidery kit for resale.
4. Outsource Mass Production
   You may not send the file to manufacturers or third parties to mass-produce stitched items.
5. Use the Design for Logos or Branding
   NoorStitch designs may not be used as part of a business logo, trademark, or official branding without explicit written permission.
6. Transfer or Sell the License
   The license is granted to you only. You may not transfer or sell your license to someone else.

Extended Licensing

If you wish to:

• Sell more than 200 physical products per design
• Use the design for large-scale commercial production
• Use the design in educational, retail, or licensing projects
• License a design for your business identity
